01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dfbocoi ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the dfbocoi platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services.

Continued use of this platform after any changes to this Agreement are published means you accept those changes. dfbocoi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except in certain cases required by law.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and an active email address.

User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party. dfbocoi will not be liable for any loss arising from the user's own disclosure of their password.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the dfbocoi support team immediately via live chat, available 24/7.

Identity Verification

dfbocoi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, withdrawal requests, or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is a standard security measure to protect users and the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

dfbocoi supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users. All deposits are processed instantly and securely through an encrypted payment system.

Every deposit made is final. Users cannot cancel or reverse a deposit transaction once funds have been credited to the platform account. If there is an issue with a transaction, please contact support within 24 hours of the transaction date.

dfbocoi does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, some third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges which are beyond our control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the deposit made by the user. This is a standard compliance measure to prevent money laundering.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The standard processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes from the date the request is submitted.
• Withdrawals that require additional security checks may take longer.
• Users must fulfil all relevant bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• dfbocoi reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal if an account review or identity verification is required.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

dfbocoi offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The bonus is only valid for use on the dfbocoi platform and cannot be transferred.
• dfbocoi reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings if a user is found to have violated the bonus terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the bonus more than once is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all accounts.
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, or special promotions have their own terms that will be stated separately.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the dfbocoi platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and other games — operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers and the platform guidelines.

Game results are final. Any technical fault or connection disruption during an active game session will be handled in accordance with the platform's established policy to ensure fairness to all parties.

User Responsibilities in Games

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating. dfbocoi provides game information as a guide, but the decision to play is entirely the user's own responsibility. The platform is not responsible for losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.

08 Prohibited User Conduct

dfbocoi users are required to comply with the established standards of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, spiders, or any tools that interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Attempts to hack, attack, or probe vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Collusion between players in games with the aim of manipulating game outcomes.
• Use of false information or forged documents during registration or identity verification.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity involving the platform.
• Attempts to abuse the bonus or promotion system through unfair methods.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing and forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. All valid account balances will be returned once the review process is complete, subject to the relevant terms.

dfbocoi reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account if:

• There is a violation of these terms and conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user provided false information during registration.
• The user is found to have multiple active accounts.
• There are instructions from a law enforcement body or relevant authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

dfbocoi works to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or meet all user expectations.

The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the dfbocoi platform, including but not limited to logos, trade names, interface designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials, is the property of dfbocoi or its relevant licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any platform content without explicit written consent from dfbocoi.

12 Responsible Gambling

dfbocoi is committed to healthy and responsible gambling. The platform provides tools and resources to help users manage their gambling habits.

Self-Control Tools

• Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or loss limits on their account.
